Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! We've made it over to another year! Thanks be to our Father! I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's eve service at church. I had a great time praising & worshipping God! I don't know about you, but I'm excited that 2011 is over! It was a tough year for me & one day I'll share that with you all. Now, I want to just to let everyone know that this year it's a must that we all start getting serious about God. We've all heard that Jesus is coming back all of our lives, but no man knows the hour or day. He's coming back really soon girls, so it's a must to be ready! It's imperative that we just don't see being a Christian as a religion but a relationship with Christ. See, "Christian" means to be like Christ. Many claim that they are Christians but don't walk like Christ, don't talk like Christ & don't truly live for Christ. Today on this first day of January in 2012, truly follow God. God can make ALL things new & on this new year let Him make YOU new! Let's stop telling God that we love Him, but yet treat Him like He's not important. Take some time out & get serious with Him. Tell God what you want to be. Let Him know that you want to be different. He wants you to seek Him. Be the one to STAND OUT! Be like Him in all of your ways. Jesus can change every area of your life. Love Him with all your heart, mind  & with all of your soul. Let go of the past & the people in it. Take God's hand & follow Him forward. There's nothing there that's better than what God has for you in 2012. Tell your 2011 to get behind & let your 2012 start with God.

      Another thing I want to share with you girls is every first week of the year, my church has Holy Consecration Convocation. Holy Consecration is when we fast  from 6am to 6pm & we consecrate ourselves to the Lord. This year we're fasting from social networks too. We have service every night of the week & we hear from God. This consecration means a lot for me this year. I'm so excited because its gives me the opportunity to seek God like never before! Sometimes we need to let go of things that take up a lot of our time & just seek God. I have a lot of things that I expect from God this year & this year I will not be deceived & hindered like I was in 2011. Next week I'll post about the fast & the amazing time I've spent with Dad(God).
    Have a fantastic rest of the first day in this year 2012. Spend time with your family, friends & loved ones. Don't forget follow Him forward! Don't look back! God bless you beautiful flowers :)
