I Know Who I Am!

Let's speak truth right now. We all have people who love us & we all have people who despise us. Have you ever had a situation where someone just dragged your name through the dirt, but you had NO idea why?!? All you could do is wonder "What did I do to her or him?" "Why don't they like me?" Hmmm, I have DEFINITELY been there. Let me tell ya.

I once had a friend, a "best" friend. This girl & I were very close. Her mom was strict, so I would try to get her out of the house & allow her to experience a life outside of home. She became my role dawg lol. We were like sisters! Then all of a sudden she started acting really funny towards me. I would speak to her and she would just walk past and roll her eyes at me. This lasted for a while & it really hurt me! I would go home asking God why why why! So I decided that I was going to apologize to her just incase I may have said something I didn't remember. So, I talked to her & we became cool, but not as close as we were. A couple of weeks later she started acting funny AGAIN! I went to my mom & told her what was going on between the girl & I. She began to tell me that everyone isn't going to like me. She told me that people are only in your life for a season & when you're peculiar you can not hang around any & everybody.

When God has a special calling on your life, there are going to be people who are going to be jealous. They may just stop talking to you for no reason or they may bully you and aggravate you. This may happen but you have to know who you are & the God that you serve in order for this not to get to you. You can't just mope around everyday just because someone doesn't like you or they said this or that about you. NO! You keep your head up & know that you are a child of God! Don't worry about people and what they may have to say about you. You are the HEAD & NOT the tail! You ARE a child of the Most High! You are HIGHLY FAVORED! Began to speak the word over your life and know who YOU are! If God be for you, who can be against you!

Girl, you are beautiful, unique, wonderful etc! I had to get that in my system in order for me to be able to forgive her & except that fact that everybody isn't going to like me & want to be friend but WHO CARES! God loves us & He calls us his friends! That's all that matters! God is ALWAYS thinking about you & He loves you. Know who you are! I know who I am!
